Robert Pattinson has a vagina allergy, Blake Lively wants to pose for Playboy, Josh Duhamel gets a stripper pregnant and Sandra Bullock has pubic hair disaster. MSN Entertainment scours the Interwebs to bring you the freshest celeb goss.

RPATTZ: "I'M ALLERGIC TO VAGINA"

Gay rumours usually surround Hollywood's hottest young actors. But Twi-hunk Robert Pattinson decided to add fuel to the tabloid-fed fire.

In an interview with Details magazine, while in the midst of naked female-models, Pattinson claimed to hate the most delicate part of a woman's anatomy.

"I really hate vaginas. I'm allergic to vagina," he said. "But I can't say I had no idea, because it was a 12-hour shoot, so you kind of get the picture that these women are going to stay naked after, like, five or six hours. But I wasn't exactly prepared. I had no idea what to say to these girls. Thank God I was hung over."

Having just admitted to a relationship with his female co-star, Kristen Stewart, we find this latest confession somewhat perplexing. Is K-Stew getting no play? Will Robsten never procreate? Will we never see a Twi-litter of little Robstewies? The 15 year-old Twi-hard in us is dying to know.

From country music star Taylor Swift's silver-screen debut in Valentine's Day to Broadway actress Lea Michele's award-winning turn in the Fox TV comedy Glee, entertainment notables are making their mark across multiple mediums. Call it Hollywood's new reality: This sort of genre-shifting is a way to not only build a personal brand but also cut through the clutter in a crowded landscape. More and more, a varied resume is not simply accepted but expected.

Take Carrie Underwood, one of many singers raising her profile--and growing her personal brand--with a leap to acting.

In the five years since Underwood won American Idol, the country music star has topped charts, sold out stadiums and garnered multiple Grammy awards. She sang the national anthem at the Super Bowl earlier this month and filmed a guest role on the CBS comedy How I Met Your Mother.

Up next, she'll make her big-screen debut in a flick tentatively titled Soul Surfer, a biopic about shark attack survivor Bethany Hamilton. Underwood is expected to play a church youth group leader in a cast that also includes Helen Hunt, Dennis Quaid and Anna Sophia Robb.

Add movie star to Swift's already robust resume as well. At just 20 years old the singer-songwriter boasts chart-topping music, sold-out concert tours and an album of the year Grammy. What's more, Nielsen recently crowned her the top-selling digital artist in music history with more than 24 million digital tracks sold.

But when the country star isn't in the recording booth, she's busy honing her acting chops. To date, she has guest starred on a highly rated episode of CBS' CSI and lent both her singing and acting skills to both a well-received episode of Saturday Night Live and Garry Marshall's heavily hyped holiday flick Valentine's Day.

But genre-hopping isn't just the preserve of singers. With each passing season, film stars, particularly the 40-plus set, are increasingly migrating to the small screen. Little Miss Sunshine's Toni Collette is among them.
